About Us

- Koran Watson M.S. RDN LDN. - CEO -

Koran Watson is a Registered Dietitian, educator, and entrepreneur whose passion for health, culture, and storytelling led her to establish To the Forth Power Publishing, a division of her company, Koran Watson Haven of Health, LLC. This publishing house specializes in print and digital works designed to transform generations—one person, one story, and one book at a time. Its mission is to illuminate,  educate, and empower readers to live healthier, more purposeful lives.

Koran’s path to publishing was shaped by her extensive background in health and nutrition. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Prairie View A&M University and her Master’s in Nutrition from Marywood University. Since becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2015, she has worked across multiple fields, including Community Nutrition and Policy, Food Systems Management, and Outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy. Currently, she serves as an Ambulatory Dietitian for the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Public Health, providing culturally sensitive, evidence-based care.

In addition to her publishing work, Koran is the Founder and CEO of Koran Watson Haven of Health, LLC, where she specializes in diabetes management, weight management, cardiovascular health, and renal nutrition before dialysis. She is also an Adjunct Professor at La Salle University, shaping the next generation of dietitians and health professionals.

Her work in food and cultural studies—exploring how globalization impacts traditional foods and indigenous diets—adds a unique perspective to her publishing vision. Through To the Forth Power Publishing, Koran extends this mission beyond nutrition into storytelling, education, and resource development that addresses generational cycles and empowers individuals and communities alike.

Guided by the belief that knowledge is transformative, Koran Watson blends her expertise as a health professional, educator, and author to create a publishing platform that is more than books—it is a movement toward generational impact, cultural preservation, and lifelong empowerment
